			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We have decided to launch a new service offering fully supported tours of Morocco to groups of enthusiasts.</p>
<p>Morocco has some of the best roads in the world. If you are bored and frustrated with driving in Europe (and the UK must surely be a low point), Morocco is a fabulous tonic. Passes cross the High Atlas at over 2,000 metres, throwing in hairpin bends and spectacular views. Follow the coast road south, enjoying a cool breeze off the Atlantic even in summer.</p>
<p>There is potential for classic car tours, rallies and reliability tests, simple tourism, and a vast network of unsurfaced routes in the High Atlas and Sahara for those wishing to get off the beaten track and into adventures. The vast dunes at Merzouga (Erg Chebbi) and M&#8217;hamid (Erg Chegaga) can be explored by 4&#215;4 - or camel&#8230;</p>
<p>You might be a Car Club, a group of Motorcyclists, or a friends with 4&#215;4&#8217;s and a taste for adventure.</p>
<p>We offer a support vehicle, fully planned itinerary, accommodation and planned logistics, with options of a traveling mechanic, and medical help.</p>
<p>We can also organise the transport of bikes from the UK, and have recovery facilities should your vehicle breakdown or be accident damaged in Morocco.</p>
<p><strong>Driving in Morocco</strong></p>
<p>The Moroccan road system has been totally overhauled in the last decade. Traffic is light except around Casablanca and Rabat, and drivers are generally easy going.</p>
<p>The scenery needs no explanation. We have everything from mountain passes that rival the Alps, to desert highways running to infinity point on the horizon.</p>
<p>There is a substantial police presence, but the police are tolerant and friendly.</p>
<p>Speed limits are 120kph on the autoroutes, 100kph on the Routes Nationales, and from 80kph down to 40kph in built up or dangerous areas. Some autoroutes have tolls in place, but these are very reasonable.</p>
<p>Compared to driving in Europe, the empty roads, excellent weather and reasonable fuel prices are a dream.</p>
<p><strong> Reaching Morocco</strong></p>
<p>The main point of entry is via Tangers. Ferries run from Algerciras and Tarifa in Spain. It&#8217;s a short crossing, with the fast ferries taking only 45 minutes.</p>
<p>Fuel Prices and Availability</p>
<p>Lead free petrol is of 95 octane rating and costs around 10.30dhs per litre - 0.93 euros, or £0.79 per litre.</p>
<p>Octane boosters are available if your car needs 98 octane fuel.</p>
<p>Garages are widespread, with self service an unknown concept! They also open very long hours, with major stations being 24 hour.</p>

<p>Access to the first floor is from a staircase within a separate &#8216;tower&#8217;. This could be easily extended to the terrace (access is currently via a ladder).</p>
<p>The ground floor has a large double height room, into which a modern mezzanine floor with an air conditioned room has been inserted. This room was possibly once the kitchen. A gallery leads to a further, lower, roof terrace.  An extension houses the current kitchen.</p>
<p>There are two large ground floor bedrooms, making a total of three with the mezzanine.</p>
<p>This house deserves an imaginative restoration. There is ample space for a pool, and really generous accommodation and space.</p>
<p>The price is remarkably reasonable.</p>
